Nicoflam SPAS Tablet is a compound mixture of two medicines that is Mefenamic Acid and Dicyclomine. These tablets are mainly prescribed to reduce pain and inflammation. It also helps in reducing uterine contractility and pressure. This medicine works by preventing impulsive muscle contractions (cramps), reducing spasms, bloating, and pain. It is often used to treat abdominal pain by reducing cramps of the muscles in the intestines and abdomen. The tablet does not impact the portion or the duration of menstrual bleeding.
