N-95 Masks with Respiration Valve and Triple Layer Masks are being manufactured with the following advanced facilities:

(1)   EN 149:2001:FFP2 Compliance Certificate for N-95 Masks with & without expiratory Valve from Institute for Industrial Research & Toxicology (IIRT) an NABL accredited lab.

(2)   ISO 9001 – 2015 Certified and Manufactured as per applicable standards

(3)   ISO 13485:2016 Certification for Manufacture and Supply of N95 Mask

(4)   BIS certified

(5)   Manufactured on Imported fully automatic machine without any human intervention.

(6)   All the joints / stitching is through Imported Ultra Automatic Welding machine

(7)   UV Sterilization machines to ensure a sterilized end product.

(8)   Production capacity to produce over 3,00,000 (3 Lakhs) N – 95 Masks per day.
